The luxurious Resort Karon Presale Pricing is Now Available
The Residences is happy to announce that our luxury residences are now available for pre-sale, with pre-launch pricing available. The 65 exclusive units consist of 50 1-bedroom condos, 9 2-bedroom condos, and 6 2-bedroom pool villas, each designed to offer a stunning sea view, combined with a luxury interior, and access to the Radisson Hotel Resort, and other amenities. These luxury sea-view residences are placed in tandem with the new 138-key Radisson Hotel Karon Beach, situated only a short 2 minute ride from Phuket's (second) longest sandy beach.
Property Management
Condos are fully managed by the Radisson Hotel, allowing you the benefit of professional property management, a large international booking system, and 24-7 security and maintenance at no extra cost to you. Guests checking into your condo can utilize the Radisson Hotel reception area, are shown to and from the condo by hotel staff, have access to the hotel resort, and can utilize the hotel shuttle to and from Karon Beach.
Rental Program is an optional scheme designed for those owners and investors looking to maximise their rental returns while not in residence. On offer is a generous 7% net rental guarantee for the first 3 years.

3 years of guaranteed rental returns are offered.
6 weeks per year of personal usage allowed during the low season months, for periods of up to 1,2, 3 weeks or more.
Personal usage allotment can be transferred to your family and friends, or you may rent out by yourself.
